How to Use iPhone Videos to Elevate Your Marketing

VIDEO MARKETING

If you think about the most interesting people or brands you follow online, you may already realize that a variety of visuals make for the best content.

Including still images and videos on your social media pages or website creates visual interest and holds your viewers’ attention. They go together like peanut butter and jelly, and a well-rounded marketing strategy should include both.

If you’ve worked with me recently, you know that I offer the opportunity to add-on behind-the-scenes iPhone video clips to your brand session package. My clients have been using these video clips in the coolest ways! But even if you haven’t had the opportunity to have a brand shoot recently, you can absolutely prop up your phone or get out a camera stand and shoot your own behind-the-scenes videos to use!

How to use iPhone Videos in your Marketing

Here are a few ways to use short video clips as part of your visual marketing strategy, as shown by my clients!

Use a video of yourself to create a reel that gives specific information about your business or offerings.

In this reel, I love how Sam, a social media manager, uses a fun video from our shoot to highlight herself as the face of her business! She also uses the caption to get real and talk about the messy part of her business. By pairing some vulnerable talk with a video of herself, she’s creating an opportunity for her followers to get to know her better and, therefore, like and trust her more!

Include your brand logo, slogan, or a review over a behind-the-scenes video for a beautiful video that captures the essence of your brand.

This short video from Ambre Williams Photo is GORGEOUS. I love that if this video happens to pop up on your feed, you’ll immediately know that the experience Ambre provides for her clients is luxurious and sophisticated.

Use your video content as a chance to include other people in your marketing efforts, such as your kids or clients.

As an Occupational Therapist and mama to a neurodivergent child, Laura provides valuable online education to other parents. Using a behind-the-scene video that includes her daughter not only shows the inspiration behind her work, it also allows other parents to visualize themselves interacting with her offerings!

Add text to a video of yourself for educational purposes.
